DO I RECEIVE THE UNEDITED PHOTOS?No, you will find most photographers do not deliver unproofed, unedited photos. These images represent us and our work. We would like to see our work presented in its best form.

HOW ARE MY EDITS DELIVERED?All images are delivered via Google Drive 7-10 business days after the shoot.

CAN I ARRIVE ON SITE EARLY FOR PREP? (I.E. MAKEUP, HAIR & WARDROBE)"Yes, we ask that you communicate this request our team at least 48 hours prior to the shoot with conformation from us.

IS THERE A SPACE AVAILABLE FOR WARDROBE & PREP?Yes, we have two changing areas available in the studio in addition to a lighted vanity station.

HOW DO WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS?You can make your deposit at Robshotme.com, remaining balances can be paid with Cashapp, Paypal, and with cash. Note: we DO NOT keep your card info on file

DO WE OFFER PRINTING SERVICES?No, upon release of photos you have full access to print with any prinitng service available. I.E Walgreens, FedEx, CVS

WHO CAN I BRING WITH ME?The studio has a maximum capacity of 10, this includes staff. Due to the impacts of COVID-19 we would ask that you please keep guests to a minimum.

DO WE CREATE CUSTOM SETS?Yes, a consulation for this service is required. Any costs for this service will be expected to be paid by client upfront, Robshotme Studios needs 10 business days to create set after the client provides compensation for set construction.

DO WE PROVIDE SAME DAY BOOKING?Yes, but only if this service is being promoted as a special on our site or social media handles. Please follow us on all major platforms @robshotme.

DO WE TRAVEL?Yes! For shoots within STL city, the pricing for "on location" are listed on our website. For anything outside of the STL city, an additional travel fee will be included in price based on mileage.
